Supported Living

Our supported living service helps adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care needs to live safely and independently in their own homes and communities. We help people build daily living skills, manage their tenancy and take part in work, education and community life. We support people stepping down from hospital or residential settings, including people receiving Section 117 aftercare. For people with higher needs, we can provide up to 24-hour on-site support, including waking nights and 1:1 hours.

We shape the support around each person rather than fitting them into a service. Support can range from a few hours a week to 24/7, delivered by a small, consistent team who get to know each person well. People hold their own tenancy, with a separate agreement for their support. We are a CQC-registered provider rated Good, and we work closely with local authorities, ICBs, social workers, health teams and families across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset to plan every move carefully.

Our homes include 15 Hadrian Close, a spacious, step-free bungalow with a large garden and conservatory, and 24 and 26 Stanley Mead in a quiet residential close in Bradley Stoke. 26 Stanley Mead is a three-bedroom house with a conservatory and private garden that can be set up for one person with 24/7 support or shared by two people.
