Our outreach and supported living service helps individuals live independently in their own homes or supported accommodation. We provide personalised support to develop life skills, maintain independence, and engage with the community.
This service is designed for those who want to live independently but need some support to do so successfully. Our carers work alongside you to build confidence, develop skills, and achieve your personal goals while maintaining your independence.

My Homecare provide services on the following basis:
Visit times and length tailored to your needs
Routine visits at the time you need, one to five times daily. Minimum visit period 30 minutes in duration
Overnight stays and sleep in services.
Respite care and short term contracts for periods such as main carer holiday
Domestic services starting from one hour duration
A flexible service as the needs of the person develop.
